NOTICE!

The CBRN-D Individual Protective Equipment Shelf Life Management System Website at Http://shelflife.pmnbc.com must move to a dot mil domain in order to comply with new Federal regulations. This move will require changes in the way users of the Shelf Life Management System Website access shelf life data.

As of January 1, 2007, personnel who are in need of CBRN-D Individual Protective Equipment shelf life data must obtain that information by accessing the Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS) website. This website may be accessed at https://jacks.jpeocbd.osd.mil.

In order to access JACKS, users who have a CAC card may log in using the CAC card. Users who do not have a CAC card may obtain access by obtaining an account with username and password on the Army Knowledge Online website at https://www.us.army.mil/suite/login/welcome.html, or by obtaining a A PKI soft certificate by selecting "PKI/CAC/LOGIN Help" on the JACKS website home page and following the instructions to obtain the soft certificate.

Shelf Life data for CBRN-D Individual Protective Equipment can be obtained on the JACKS Website by selecting "Shelf Life Search/Reports" on the JACKS application console. You must search for a particular item by inputting the NSN, or Contract Number/Lot Number.

Anyone having problems accessing the JACKS Website, or having difficulty finding shelf life data should contact the JACKS Helpdesk via email at jacks@conus.army.mil.
